And said unto them , thus it is written , and thus it behoved christ to suffer , and to rise from the dead the third day .

又对他们说、照经上所写的、基督必受害、第三日从死里复活。

Because ye give tithe of the mint , and the dill , and the cumin , and did neglect the weightier things of the law -- the judgment , and the kindness , and the faith ; these it behoved [ you ] to do , and those not to neglect .

你们把薄荷、茴香、芹菜，献上十分之一，却忽略律法上更重要的，就如正义、怜悯和信实；这些更重要的是你们应当作的，但其他的也不可忽略。
