Cost means all expenditure properly incurred or to be incurred , whether on or off the site , including overhead and other charges properly allocable thereto but dose not include any allowance for profit .

费用是指在现场之内或之外已正当发生或将要发生的全部费用，包括管理费和应合理分摊的其它费用，但不包括任何利润补贴。

Allocations pursuant to this section 6.2 shall not affect , or in any way be taken into account in computing , any person 's capital account , right to vote , or allocable shares of income , gain , receipt , loss , deduction , credit or distribution as provided in any other section of this agreement .

依照第6.2节进行的配置不得影响，也不得在运算中进行考虑，任何个人的资本账户、表决权、或者协议其他部分规定的收入、收益、收据、损失、扣除或分配的可配置股份。
