Objective : to evaluate the dose distribution of conformal radiotherapy in prostate cancer .

摘要目的：评估前列腺癌适形放疗计划的剂量分布特点。

Conclusion : conformal radio therapy provides dose escalation on prostate cancer , which is helpful in improving the local control and excluding the surrounding normal tissues .

结论：使用适形放疗可安全地增加前列腺癌的照射剂量，有助于提高前列腺癌局控率，同时又能更好地保护周围正常组织。

Results : compared with two-dimensional radiotherapy , the target dose was well distributed , and the absorbed dose and volume in rectum and bladder were obviously reduced in three dimensional conformal radiotherapy .

结果：与常规放疗相比，适形放疗的靶区剂量分布更均匀，直肠和膀胱的受照剂量及体积明显降低。

Three dimensional conformal therapy puts greater attention in the treatment delivery precision , and hence greater efforts should be made in quality assurance to ensure uniformity between the radiation treatment prescription and the actual treatment delivered .
